For most organizations, a sponsorship is just a drop in the bucket. For open source authors, it provides the means to exist. If you're not sure how to start the conversation, use this template to talk to your boss about adopting and sponsoring Quiet UI in your place of business.

I want to introduce Quiet UI, an open source component library that can significantly improve our development workflow.
Quiet UI offers thoroughly tested, accessible components that work across frameworks. This means we won't need to rebuild components when switching frameworks in the future. Quiet's comprehensive documentation and commitment to accessibility will let us focus on building features rather than maintaining our own components.
While comparable solutions cost tens of thousands yearly, Quiet runs on a sponsorship model. I think the $100 Small Business tier would be perfect for us – it's a fraction of what we currently spend maintaining our own components. This gets us personal support from the maintainer, priority bug fixes, and a nice placement for our company's logo on the website.
